01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and hbaje ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account on hbaje, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

hbaje is an online casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games, crash games, live dealer tables, and sports-adjacent entertainment products. 02 Eligibility

To register and use hbaje, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on hbaje. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be closed. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited, and the primary account may also be reviewed.

04 Deposits & Payments

hbaje accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only supported deposit channels. hbaje does not accept cash, bank transfers, or international payment cards at this time.

All deposits on hbaje are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary depending on the payment method used. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

• Deposits are typically credited to your hbaje account within 1 to 5 minutes of a successful transaction.
• If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• hbaje does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment accounts that are not in your name is prohibited.

hbaje reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection of any suspicion against individual players.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on hbaje are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their rightful owner.

To request a withdrawal, navigate to the withdrawal section of your account, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by hbaje's payments team before being processed.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 24 hours for verified accounts.
• Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• hbaje reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are active bonus wagering requirements on your account balance.

If a withdrawal is declined, hbaje will notify you with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between the withdrawal account and the deposit account. Contact support if you need clarification on any declined withdrawal.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

hbaje offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses on hbaje:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Only certain games contribute to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in the specific bonus terms.

hbaje is not obligated to offer any bonus to any player. Bonuses may be withdrawn or modified at any time. If a bonus is cancelled due to a breach of these Terms, any winnings generated from that bonus will also be forfeited.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on hbaje — including slots, crash games, live dealer tables, and fishing games — operate under the rules published by their respective providers. By playing any game on hbaje, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

hbaje uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all applicable games. These systems are independently tested to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the player or hbaje.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the server. Disputes based on a player's misunderstanding of game rules will not be upheld.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player.
• hbaje is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues during gameplay.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game (cards dealt, wheel spin, etc.) and are recorded on video. These recordings may be used to resolve disputes.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on hbaje. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on hbaje.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with hbaje games or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or any multiplayer format.
• Using hbaje for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on hbaje.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hbaje staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

hbaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms.
• hbaje has reason to believe fraudulent activity has occurred or is being attempted.
• A player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A player has requested self-exclusion through hbaje's responsible gaming tools.
• hbaje is required to act by a regulatory or legal authority.

If your account is suspended for investigation, hbaje will notify you by email. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or play. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed.

10 Responsible Gaming
